This is always a very interesting, relevant and critical topic for all professional brewers out there.
The general idea for breweries is to provide the consumer and customers with the freshest and best tasting beer possible.
However this is easier said than done. Especially when we consider that beer has inherently only a limited shelf life. Unlike Wine or Whiskey for example they get better over time (to a certain extend) with beer on the other hand we are faced with a limited shelf life and taste stability.
So the challenge is on for the brewer to do the best that can be done to produce a stable and consistent quality product.
But how??
